If we both agree that you need to hire an attorney and you wish to hire us and we wish to represent you, we will advise you of the options available for payment arrangements; in some situations, you will not need to make any payments as they are contingent upon a successful outcome, such as would be the situation with a personal injury suit; in other situations, fees and expenses may be tied to a particular event.
